First time owning a front loading machine

I'm really enjoying the smart washer. It has a feature that adds the detergent and softener at separate times in the cycle and can be adjusted to how soiled your clothes are. I have never owned a front loading washer before and I didn't anticipate show large the capacity would be! The top portion is really helpful for washing delicate loads of masks and unmentionables.

Every setting and cycle you could ever ask for, the ability to set custom cycles, and a built-in mini washer. All that and you never have to guess if your cycle is finished, just check your phone. I've had this washer for several months now, and it has made doing the laundry fun and efficient. I can wash a small load of delicates with no worries, while running a bigger load in the lower washer, laundry perfection.

Double the Clean

The first improvement I experienced over my previous machine was how quiet this Samsung washing machine runs even when I'm running two loads at the same time. You see I'm able to run my wife's unmentionables in the top smaller washer, with a full load of towels in the main front loader. Everything I have washed comes out so fresh and clean without looking beat up. The top features of this machine are the optional steam clean and most of all would be the wifi connectivity where you get to choose how you want your clothes to be cleaned and monitor the time and progress your load is doing. I would definitely recommend the Samsung washer to a friend because of how quiet it runs, dual washing, and its wifi connectivity that brings a boatload of features.

So truthfully, my wife is awesome and does the laundry at our house. That being said, this is a pretty high tech machine. Lots of options to meet all your laundry needs. Upper washer is good for those things that need extra care. The lower portion can handle larger loads, which is great since my son tends to wait to do his laundry. The clothes are clean and fresh with no funky residue or smell. The machine runs quietly. We have not connected it to our Smart Things yet but plan to.

This washer is awesome. I love the capacity and I'm able to fit large loads inside which saves time on washing. The Smart things app is easy to set up and it learns your favorite cycles which is really cool. If you have other Samsung devices like a TV or phone, you get notifications letting you know when your load is done. The actually cleaning of clothes is great as well. I haven't had to rewash a load at all especially with the reminders that my clothes are done. The different cycles and customization for washing is also pretty cool because you can adjust water levels, soil levels and temperatures easily. Not new to washing machines but very convenient and easy to use. Overall, I'm very happy and impressed with this washer.

I love the style of the washer and all of the features it comes with. The washer is easy to use and is quite and gets the clothes clean. I love with different levels and wash and the super speed with the flex makes it faster with a busy schedule. You have 24 different types wash with 13 additional varieties for more washings. With all these different washing u can wash anything and know it will be clean. I love the super wash cycle with having a busy life it goes fast. I also use the wi fi connect because it so quiet I don't know when it os done and a great reminder when ur busy like me I would like away to clean the detergent and fabric softener spots easier. Otherwise fantastic product. I would recommend this product

Love at First Wash

Samsung Flex wash Love at first wash, with sounds of silence, this machine runs smooth and quiet without you knowing that the machine is running compared to my old one it replaced. First, this washer is taller, bigger than I ever imagine, with the big stainless drum it made it so easy for washing blankets and big bedspreads which was an issue with my old machine. This washer is full of smart home technology; it will notify you whenever wash cycles are completed; you are able to control all wash cycles by using the app. Also, washing separate loads of laundry at the same time with the washer dual flex drum, you could wash two loads at a time with the lighter load on top and the heavy load in the bottom. The laundries come out very clean and fresh. doing laundry at night without waking up everyone in the house. The machine doesn't vibrate or shake the whole house while you are washing. I love this washer; it makes my time so useful because it cut back on the time I spent doing laundry because of the size of the machine large drum and the efficient. I don't have to keep checking to see it the cycle is completed. You would get a notification on your smartphone; it's a way to go Samsung amazing washer. I love this machine, and I highly recommend this washer.

Cut washing time in half

My wife loves all of the extra features of this washer. However, for me, the size of the drum is the main selling point. What used to be 2 loads is now one. Delivery was quick and efficient. The delivery guys were efficient and FAST, they had the washer off the truck and in the basement and hooked up in the time it would have taken some to simply get it off the truck. I like that there are no buttons to get gunked up with detergent. The pre-loaded settings are pretty much universal however if you change something it is remembered for the next use. I also like that you can add personalized washes. We are a cloth diapering family and I was able to make and name a specialized wash that greatly reduced my need to go up and down the stairs to tweak how the cloth diapers were laundered. Not to mention the sanitize steam function give me the ultimate peace of mind that my babies' diapers are as clean and sanitary as they could possibly be!! The lower and upper washers are a simply brilliant idea and allows for so much water conservation. It is awesome that they function totally independently of each other but can be run simultaneously. The sheer size of the lower washer is a time saver in itself. Not only can you fit a king-size comforter but the accompanying sheet set and pillowcases too! As a member of the hearing impaired community, the on-screen notifications are just what I need. We are a Samsung loyalist household we have 3 Samsung televisions and the Family Hub Smart Refrigerator when the cycle completes a notification pops up on every screen no longer to I have to strain to try and hear an alert from all the way in the basement. This also helps me hold the Teenager accountable for retrieving his clothes. There is however one major design flaw in the positioning of the overflow drain if your machine is level (which it should be) it causes water to collect and the smart feature sends a leak alert. It was very unnerving until we figured it out. You have to tilt the machine forward to drain the water that has gathered there. Once we did that I have not received another alert. We are so happy with our smart washer it is unreal. Our clothes are so clean and the colors seem brighter. The large capacity has cut my laundry time in half and the ability to customize and save my preferences makes washing a breeze. The on-screen alerts when the cycle is done if there is a problem with the machine and if the door is left open are amazing time and labor savers

Half of my block came out of their houses to watch them be unloaded. dELIVERY was quick and efficient. Great Washer Overall

Overall this washer works great for our family of six. It easily fits a lot of clothes and the quality of wash is very good. The top portion works great for delicates or items I need to wash separately. The only drawbacks for me are mostly due to the washer being a front loader. First, some clothes get stuck in the top and back of the washer, which means I pretty much have to crawl inside to get them. If I had a bad back or knees or something, it would be impossible. Second, if I forget to leave the door open after a wash, the inside starts to smell musty. Otherwise, I am very happy with it!

All I can say about this machine is WOW! I never thought laundry could be an enjoyable experience until this Samsung unit came into my life. The number of settings and options is amazing and the machine learns to prioritize your most commonly used settings to make life easier. Everything comes out clean and fresh and the amount you can wash in a single load is unbelievable. I used to split my bedding into two loads, one for king sized sheets and a second for the comforter. But this baby can handle it all in a single load! The Smart Things app makes it easy to manage even when I'm not home...I always know whether or not my kids actually started the laundry they've been putting off. And being able to wash a separate load of delicates in the top washer saves a ton of time. My only complaint has nothing to do with the unit itself, but with the company Samsung uses for delivery and installation. It took forever to get my washer and dryer installed and required multiple calls and support tickets by both me and Samsung. At least the awesomeness of this machine made it worth the wait!

Samsung FlexWash Washer and FlexDry Dryer are freat silent laundry machines. I am a tech person, and I can control the washer and dryer using my smartphone. I use wi-fi to connect it to your phone. So I can turn it on when you're halfway to work on the train when you remember you forgot. I received it almost 2 months, I really like them. First, FlexWash Washer and FlexDry Dryer add more flexibility to your laundry with two separately controlled washers in the same unit. The lower washer has an extra-large capacity with many cycle options and features that include sanitizing and steam settings for deep cleaning and five temperature and spin options. For my family (4 persons), we just need to wash our clothes twice pre-week, intelligent drying will connect to the washer, and no need to worry about shrinking and deforming the clothes. This washer and dryer are great for our family. The smaller upper washer is the perfect size for washing delicates, items prone to bleeding, or single items like that dirty blouse you want to wear tonight. You can use the lower part of the washer to run a full load of, say, whites while simultaneously washing your delicates on top. And then, you can dry both loads simultaneously in separate sections of the dryer and in separate settings. The FlexWash has a modern design. The FlexWash has a very crowded touch display with lots of settings on it. There are several temperature settings to choose from: cold, extra hot, and adding up to 5 rinses to your cycle. You've got 5 spinning options: no spin to extra high and soil settings. There is also a Child Lock feature. There are two drawbacks, 1)teller than other traditional washer and dryer. I spent quite some time connecting all wires and pipes and getting out from the back of the washer and dayer. 2) FlexWash doesn't work with Alexa, Google. I can control it using my Google Home mini. But, it is not a big problem for most people. I love this washing machine! It is beneficial, and it cleans all of my clothes well.

first, flexwash washer and flexdry dryer add more flexibility to your laundry with two separately controlled washers in the same unit. the lower washer has an extra-large capacity with many cycle options and features that include sanitizing and steam settings for deep cleaning and five temperature and spin options. the smaller upper washer is the perfect size for washing delicates, items prone to bleeding, or single items like that dirty blouse you want to wear tonight. you can use the lower part of the washer to run a full load.

My family loves the smart washer and dryer set from Samsung. We have the 6.0 cu. ft. Total Capacity Smart Dial Washer WV60A9900AV/A5 and the 7.5 cu. ft. Smart Dial Electric Dryer DVE60A9900V/A3 and let me tell you they are wonderful for a family of 4 like mine. It's worth mentioning that this set is huge! So, make sure you have enough room to accommodate them. With that being said, the size is a massive benefit, these machines can wash and dry bedding, comforters, pillows you name it. There are two washers and two dryers on each unit. So, when you need to wash and dry a very small load, or even just one item it can be done without using a lot of water and energy. My kids use this feature a lot. These appliances connect right to your smartphone and can be controlled that way if you like. I like how they notify you when your load is done so your clothes don't just sit in the machine. The look of these machines is amazing, I choose Black that has fingerprint resistant finish. One smart dial with a finger touch interface. Very modern and sleek. And there is a setting for many different types of clothes, with steam too! You can't go wrong with this duo. I am very impressed with the performance and quality of Samsung FlexWash washer and dryer.

Stylish and Smart Washer

I love my new Smart Dial Washer. It runs so smooth and quiet. The washer has two sections - front and top loader. The top area is for less as well as delicate items and the bottom washer is for bigger and heavier loads. The bottom washer is so spacious. I can do twice as much laundry now than before. I love being able to put my detergent and fabric softener in at the same time in the machine and for it to be released at the proper time. Once the cycle is done, the machine plays a tune to let you know it's done. It smart phone controlled and that makes like easy as you get notifications as well when the cycle is done. I feel having that little option helps a person to remind an individual about their laundry. The machine has been working great and I'm really enjoying it.Energy Star rated to help keep your electric bill low. Runs quiet and has a little jingle it plays when the load is done. So far so good with this lovely Samsung washing machine.

I have had our Samsung FlexWash and FlexDry set for about a month and a half, and I am so pleased with the set. I love being able to wash two loads simultaneously. The washer's performance is impressive. Over Thanksgiving, I ended up splashing melted butter all over my shirt. When I only sprayed it with Shout and washed it using the Normal cycle, the stain didn't come out. I then treated the set stain with a laundry pre-treat solution like a color safe bleach, and washed it using the Heavy Duty cycle. I expected the stain to remain. When the shirt came out of the washer, it was difficult to see if the stain remained because it was wet. After I pulled it out of the dryer, there was no trace of butter left on the shirt. I was amazed. The set it expensive, but we got a deal during the Black Friday sales event.

I am very happy with this product and glad I bought this. The Washer comes with two washers, one small one on top and the drum in the bottom. The touch panel is so cool, it avoids all the hassle with so many buttons which causes a lot of confusion in the previous Samsung Flex Washer models. I was able to quickly setup Samsung "Smart Things" app on my cell phone. I can now operate the Washer from anywhere where I have internet, especially load the laundry in it and if you plan to go out for few hours, just before coming home start the washer remotely and by the time you come home the cycle would have completed and you will have the clothes ready to put them into the dryer. My only complain is while using the Pods with cold water the outer plastic does not get dissolved completely found a few of them getting collected in the rubber casing that closes the front door.

Lots of bells and whistles with this machine. Actually I felt a bit overwhelmed initially. but after reading the manual and checking things out further, it is fairly easy to use. A wide variety of settings allow you to customize your wash cycle to suit your needs. Normal, towels, bedding, activewear for all your gym things, and a sanitize as well. The top washer is perfect for smaller loads and delicates. It can run at the same time as the lower drum, which can handle large loads to get laundry done fast. Offers a foaming wash for a deep clean. Energy Star rated to help keep your electric bill low. Runs quiet and has a little jingle it plays when the load is done. So far so good with this lovely Samsung washing machine.

I am very happy with this product! It's beautiful, It is a little bit bigger then I expected it to be but that's not a big issue. I love all the different options it has, it really makes things a lot easier. It's very spacious and holds enough clothes to finish my loads fast. I love the fact that you can hook it up to your phone so you get notifications when your loads are done! It also plays a little sound which is a cute little detail. I Really love how the door locks once the washer has started because I have a toddler who likes to open doors and I also really like how it senses your load!

I knew what I was getting into with this washer. I've wanted one for some time but didn't have the space for it, (it's huge). I recently moved and was able to buy one, and it did not disappoint. Yes, it has a second washer for delicates built-in on top. It has full Samsung smartthings integration that tells me the full status of the washer whenever I desire and sends me alerts to let me know when the cycle has ended, which is far more convenient than I imagined it would be. It has a ridiculous number of customizable cycles to expertly clean whatever you throw at it. I was able to wash two king-size comforters with no issues and today, it automatically cleaned itself, let me repeat that it automatically cleaned itself when I closed the door, didn't allow me to do laundry until it had cleaned itself. When I bought my house the washer and dryer here were filthy, to say the least, Samsung has basically ensured that will never happen again. If doing laundry gets better than this I can't wait to see it.

We are thoroughly pleased with our Samsung washer and dryer. With a family of 6, the amount of laundry we have is obvious. It's a lot! The washer and dryer are so large that instead of doing 6 loads, I've cut that into 3. Literally. There is also an additional washing machine on top of the main washing machine! This is for smaller, delicate items. The washing machine has an abundance of features. Too many to list, but some of my favorite features are the plethora of wash cycles and child safety lock. I love that when the cycle is complete, it sends a notification to our phones to let us know. All of our clothes have come out so much cleaner and fresher. Our previous washing machine took approximately 1.5 hours for a cycle to complete. The Samsung cycle is a little under an hour. It is user friendly, and not over complicated. We just love the fact that it saves us so much time with the additional washing machine on top. It is one of my favorite Samsung purchases thus far and we have many.

I have really put this thing to the test! Bedding, rugs, my scrubs, my husband's dirty, greasy jeans! This is the first front-load washer I have had, and I was a little leary, but so far it has far surpassed my old washer. My husband's "clean" jeans got cleaner. I love the Steam Sanitize cycle for my scrubs, with Covid I feel like it gives me that extra layer of protection. The top Flex Washer is great for my delicates, and I can run that at the same time as the lower washer so I'm not wasting time. I love that it connects with the app on my phone to alert me when it is finished so my laundry is not just sitting waiting. When these arrived I was a little worried because the front door looked much smaller than the top load door I had been used to, but not to worry, it still holds my comforter and other large bedding items just fine and surprisingly gets them much cleaner and smelling better. Even some of my older sheet sets that just have that smell to them if they have been sitting in the closet for a while now do not! And my towels seem like they are fluffier!

Just received my WV60A9900AV/A5. Be aware, these things are taller than normal, and I did not have enough height for my stands. Who cares! Love the dual wash idea. Do whites in main area, and delicates on a different cycle on top at the same time. Integrated well with the smart things app. Easy to hook up. Initial thoughts only, but quiet and smooth operation. Sleek beautiful design. As much are as function. Just cool! More as I get into features. UPDATE: Am really starting to like the Smart Things App. Loved being able to set and see the cycles on my phone! I have been using as many cycles as possible, and really like the steam ones. I must mention again how little vibration I am feeling. Much improved rom my older set. I also like the locations to add soap and bleach. Easy and functional.
