I liked this washer initially. However after 5 years of use the impeller sheared off and it would cost as much as we paid for the washer to have the 3 parts replaced and installed. Its not like it was a basic model or inexpensive. I will not buy LG again for washer or dryer

I love my LG washer and dryer set

Dependable and consistently drying

Bought in April of 2019 and still works as it was brand new. I had an issue with the front loading door that was corrected. The tech said this model of dryer and washer should last me at least another 10 years. One note when not using the washer keep the lid open to dry out and prevent rusting.

Washer was a gift from my husband that was a reward for him working 25 + years at his job. I wanted the grandfather clock but I am so thankful he go the the washer/dryer. I love the several options/features to select as to how I want the clothes washed. My favorite is the speed cycle. I am totally impressed with the large capacity of the tub. It allows to wash a large load. The performance is exactly what needed to ensure clothes are clean. The notification ringtone is a plus as a reminder of clothes are done.
