I purchased my fridge in April of 2024. I love the fridge it™™s spacious and fits perfectly in my house. This past month in November the fridge stopped cooling. I called and within 24 hours they had a technician come out and replace the defrost timer with no cost since it was under warranty. I love that™™s the customer service was fast and easy I also choose to extend the warranty by 3 years for only 150. I would purchase again.

This is a simple, solid refrigerator. It doesn't have all the extra features desired for an upscale kitchen and didn't have the extra costs for them. Having a top freezer lets the refrigerator section have full width shelves, making it the perfect overflow unit for the holidays.

This refrigerator met our needs as a back-up for the holidays and while our kitchen fridge is being repaired. It holds a lot, although no deli tray or drawer. Described as ™garage ready™ with a wider temperature operating range, we will see if it holds up longer. Crisper drawers seem cheap. Also wish there was a light in the freezer compartment, but price was right and quickly delivered.

So I did a lot of research and this refrigerator fit all my needs. It™™s 30™ wide with real door handles to make easy access. I had the doors reversed by the delivery agent.It™™s an updated version of an old style refrigerator. Updated LED lighting, easy to adjust shelving, but no freezer light. I like it, it seems to run more than my old one, but I don™™t have a lot in it now, so maybe that™™s the reason. The door shelving is nice and wide to store milk juice and wine bottles. We like it and hope it holds up.

Overall things I like and things I don™™t. The good, refrigerator is quiet and has great lighting, also drawers roll easily, refrigerator has lots of physical space inside for its overall size. The bad, the door soft close feature stops the door when you let it go, I often find I left the door open now. The fridge also lacks a butter compartment and an upper cheese drawer. Small point but the lower foot / wheel bracket sticks out when door is open.

Overall, I like this refrigerator, but one thing is a problem. When you close the refrigerator door, it forces the freezer door to open slightly. Apparently the magnet holding the freezer door closed is weak.

We've had our new refrigerator for about two weeks. Had to get one when our previous one stopped working! I'm really liking having the top freezer. So easy to see what we have and to use it. The organization of the bottom is taking a little longer. I'm thinking I need to fashion a drawer to help with being able to pull things out.

I purchased this refrigerator specifically to be used on my enclosed patio. A big factor in making my decision was that this refrigerator is garage ready. This helps insulate it from the higher outside summer temperature keeping the energy cost lower than one without this option. Being that this will be used mostly for beverages, snacks and so forth, options such as ice and water dispenser weren't needed helping keep this in a great price range. I placed a thermometer in the refrigerator when the delivery crew left and waited twenty four hours. When I checked the temp it was right at 40 degrees with the know at the recommended nominal setting. The only thing that is annoying is that there is no light in the freezer portion but I knew that when purchasing. That seems to be the standard on all refrigerators in this price range. After the initial cooling cycle the unit very seldom has to cycle on keeping the energy usage down. Overall I think that my choice of this item was a good one.

The appliance is nice & working fine. The installers were unable to swap the door opening. We need this because of the location or is located. They felt there was something defective with the bottom bolt so it could not be moved. They said a replacement appliance would be sent. We have not heard anything since (now 4 days).

We bought a 20.0 cu.ft.top freezer refrigerator and it was the best thing I could have done. It has so much room in the freezer section, I was amazed. But even better was all the room in the door shelves ! No kidding, it holds all the jars and bottles with room to spare! I really love it.

The refrigerator is nice and cold, the freezer is very cold. The lights inside the refrigerator are brite making it easy to see what is inside. The doors have a unique hinge which makes it almost impossible to accidentally leave the doors open or ajar.

I am very happy with my new Frigidaire refrigerator. It takes less floor space than my old smaller refrigerator, but has more storage space, uses less energy and makes little noise. The glass shelves prevents liquid spoils from dripping onto food below and the crisper drawer are transparent for visibility. There is just one idea that would make this refrigerator better. The freezer compartment has no light, so ambient light is needed to see contents in the freezer. An LED light like the one in the refrigerator would be a great help.

I love the fridge only reason for the 4 not the 5 stars is, There are so many vents its hard not to cover them to take full potential of the freezer room and the ice maker hole has no cover. I did not buy an ice maker because I do not want one. Its leaves a hole in the back of the freezer with not plate cover. Seal is awesome which is the main reason I picked the Frigidaire. Nice door space too.

I just got this fridge earlier this month and so far I'm very happy with it. It's only slightly larger than my older one but just the right size to have TWO shelves where I can have my wine bottle standing up + still have a shelf for other items. Ideal for my purposes.

I got this fridge to replace a 15 year old similar model, but unlike the old one with 18 cu ft this one has 20 cu ft making efficient use of the space, and i really like it so far, with easy roll out crisper drawers and huge door shelves, although it takes getting used to the lower floor of the fridge and lower shelf in the door, of course that was because more space was wasted in the old design

It took 24 hours to stabilize the temperature in side, but ok after that. Only issue is that the door needs to be firmly shut. It doesn't close on its own.
