This unit replaced a 23 year old unit in our park model trailer. The design is nice, allowing for plenty of storage inside the freezer and the fridge. I also liked the fact that the freezer had its own temperature control. The unit is very quiet.

My fridge broken down on December 23 I have contacted the company by phone a total of five hours have contacted repair company 5 times and this is January 13th and still have not been fixed. The compressor is broke and the fridge is only 4 months old. Cannot get a reponse from anyone. This company was good but now is a complete joke. Very unhappy.

I have two refrigerator thermometers, one in the freezer, one in the refrigerator. Both show below the acceptable levels of temperature, even with the temperature controls turned up to maximum. I would not recommend this appliance to anyone, very disappointed.

The fridge has been working perfectly but it was delivered with the door opening to the left. I needed it to open to the right so followed the online instructions to change it. It was fairly easy to get the doors off but the bottom hinge of the main door was a problem. It was difficult to unscrew the T15 screw but I got it eventually. But when I tried to screw the hinge on the left side, the hole on the support bracket was not threaded! I eventually had to use a self-tapping screw to hold it but I have concerns that with the door opening and closing it may eventually wear out. The other problem was the small plastic tabs. I tried using a putty knife but three of them broke off so I could't use them on the right side. Finally, by the time I'd finished the top of the freezer door was not flush with the top of the fridge, it was about 1/8 inch too high.

Bought this refrigerator 10/2019 3 years later it stop cooling or freezing called ge for service $106.00 trip charge tech out a very nice man very knowledgeable told me the evaporator was bad. To replace it it would cost $. 273.00 labor $ 125 for part on top of the trip charge total $525.00. I paid $528 for the frig in 2019. This frig is a lemon. I think Frigidaire should reimburse me for this

I bought model # FFHT1425VV from Lowe's in April of 2020 for $500. It stopped working on November 23, 2022. The compressor is shot after just 2 years and 7 months! The cheapest quote I found to replace the compressor was $800 but they said they didn't even know when they could get a replacement. I'm really upset by this! I will have to buy a whole new fridge and this one will end up in a landfill.
