This chest freezer is in the garage where we keep a 1/2 locally grown beef in it with other items. Genuine Appliance Center in Hays Kansas was great to work with. Freezer works great. Only regret or improvement I have is to have all 4 casters be able to lock. very satisfied overall.

This freezer is great! The only "problem" I've had with it is was that the gasket around the lid needed to be "warmed" up to form the correct seal so that it didn't frost on the inside.

I purchased the freezer to hold a large amount of beef and it is doing a great job of keeping the meat at freezing Temps. Its quiet. I like the wheels. Only thing I'm not looking forward to is that it's a manual defroster. Overall, so far, a good buy.

Set up manual and prep very concise and succinct. Runs nice and quiet with ample space.The attention to the finish could be improved (sealant placement sloppy and small gaps in insulation joints). The correction of the aforementioned points would make this perfect, otherwise I am very pleased with this unit.

Everything has been as described so far. This seems to be an excellent entry level system and so the materials are very light manufacturing. No issues with temperature or the seal. Will definitely need to do regular defrost as I live in such humid Louisiana.

We needed more space and this is a nice upgrade from our smaller Frigidaire that was 13yrs old. We get a 1/4 cow every year and needed more room for that and everything else we keep in this freezer. It's quiet, and the casters are awesome in case we ever need to move it around (it's out in the garage).

Freezer was delivered damaged. Bottom corner is buckled in, doesn't sit level. The seal around the top lid is not attached appropriately. It leaks cold air. Freezer runs non stop costing a lot in energy. Not a good freezer at all. Company refuses to do anything to correct this issue.

It is a nice freezer. Since it was a slightly damaged floor model, I got it for a good price. However one basket was damaged and there is no place on line to get another or a replacement. Other than that it is very nice. Even better with the supplied 3™ heavy duty ball bearing wheels installed.

I've only had my new chest freezer for a little over i month but my fiancÃe and I love it!!! The 14.8 cubic foot is great. We can load up on meat when it is on sale and we can still fit a bunch of fish and other game meat in there!
